Things to Do in Yosemite
Outdoor Adventure Guide: Hiking, Biking, Paddling and Scrambling

World Class Hiking
Epic Yosemite Adventures includes some of the best and classic hiking adventures like The Mist Trail, Upper Yosemite Falls, Cloud's Rest and Half Dome.
Bridalviel Falls via old road
However not just classics are included in the book. Under-the-radar, hidden hiking-gems are included such as an old disused road that is still open (only if you know where) for hiking. A good hiking goal is an old metal pipe viewpoint used by throng's of tourists long ago.

Nearby Mountain Biking
Mountain biking isn't allowed in the national park, but 20 miles outside the park is a beautiful alpine lake that is fast turning into a mecca for mountain biking. Easy flowly single track riding is available, as well as advanced granite riding.
Rock Climbing
Whether you wish to sample the rock climbing culture by picnicking in El Capitan meadow while looking at climbers on El Cap, taking a rock climbing class, or top-roping at a beginner's crag identified in the book, we have you covered.

Whitewater Rafting
On the high road out of Yosemite, Highway 120, lies what many consider to be one of the best white water river runs in the country - The Tuolumne River. If you are visiting Yosemite and want a thrilling few days away from the crowds, this is it.
Scrambling
You don't have to be a rock climber to get out on that famous Yosemite granite. We provide directions to scramble up a couple of granite domes - one an easy stroll and one safe but you may need to use your hands a little.
